Included in every plan
Contact management, notes, tasks, pipelines, campaigns, automations and the AI assistant. Calling and texting require agency setup; texting requires carrier approval.
Optional manual top-ups: $20 for 500 text segments, or $20 for 250 calling minutes. Nothing is purchased automatically. Long texts and emojis can use multiple segments.
Only the KAVI platform owner sends team invitations and selects the agency and access level. Agency owners cannot add teammates themselves. Referral attribution does not grant access or assign agency membership.
No free trial. Agency approval and confirmed payment are required for workspace access. Checkout shows plan availability and the applicable terms before payment. Viewing these plans does not change your current subscription or invited tester agreement.

Join KAVI by invitation
Ask Kavarica for an invitation using your permanent business email. Your private invitation lets you create your own agency, choose a plan, and pay. Workspace access begins after payment is confirmed. Phone setup and texting approval follow separately.
